The FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group originates from Fairplay Schleppdampfschiffs-Reederei Richard Borchard GmbH, founded in 1905 in Hamburg, Germany.
The Group’s service portfolio includes port towage for seagoing vessels, coastal and deep-sea towage, offshore support services for contractors and oil companies, salvage and emergency response for vessels in distress, pontoon transports for shipyards, and solutions for the renewable energy sector. The FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group operates its own tugboat services in 24 ports across Northern Europe, including major European container hubs such as Antwerp, Rotterdam, Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Gdynia.
